Gear Yourself Properly for Hokie Football Games in Virginia Tech Apparel

It’s a fall Saturday and the Hokies are in Blacksburg to face off in a big ACC football game. For Virginia Tech fans, there are few better places to be when the Hokies are playing. The Blacksburg game scene has developed into one of the best in in college football and tailgating is the focus of the day. But if you intende to participate, you need to be properly dressed in the right gear to show off your Virginia Tech pride.
You’ve got lots of options. Probably the best outfit for a Hokie football fan is a Virginia Tech football jersey. Choose the jersey with the number of your main player, either current or a past player and off you go. The Virginia Tech football team wears a variety of uniforms, but usually at home there are in maroon, so a Virginia Tech maroon jersey is likely your best option. However feel free to put on one of the other Hokie options including a white Virginia Tech Jersey or even an orange Hokie jersey.
If the weather is cooler, a jersey can still be worn with more layers, but you can also take a look at other options. For example, a Virginia Tech sweatshirt is perfect and if you buy one in fleece or heavy fabric they’ll keep you warm in Lane Stadium. If you shop for a Virginia Tech sweatshirt, choices are unbound. You’ll see them in all kinds of styles and colors, including maroon, grey, orange, white, and almost anything imaginable. Plus you’ll discover them in specific styles for everyone in the family like Virginia Tech women’s sweatshirt, Virginia Tech youth sweatshirts, and a Virginia Tech hooded sweatshirts.
Another great option is going old school with a Virginia Tech t-shirt. Of course the weather has to be the right temperature, but early fall games can be still warm enough to sport a spirited maroon Virginia Tech t shirt. I haven’t tried them yet, but some will even deck out in Virginia Tech pants.
You can never really know what the weather is going to do so other things to consider are a Virginia Tech jacket, and there are plenty of these to pick from as well. Virginia Tech pullovers, shells, and ponchos are plentiful and can be a lifesaver on a rainy day. You can tie one of these around your waist just in case, this keeps you from having to purchase one in the venue if the weather turns bad or cold unexpectedly. We all know Blacksburg weather patterns, and they can be crazy.
